Structured Projects

Development of Bouregreg Valley: an area of over 500 ha. It will include spaces for tourism (hotels, recreational activities), housing, education and economic development. www.bouregreg.com 
 
 Development of the cornice: a seafront of 13 km that will include cultural facilities, recreation equipments (Aqua - park), residential areas of medium and high standard to accommodate up to 15,000 people, areas of trade and tourism, and a business tower of 50 floors.
