The aeronautic show at Farnborough is one of the most iconic international airshows in the world and an important occasion for the Civil and Military aeronautic industrybeing held at the British aerodrome of the same name. It is organised ever two years and alternates with the Bourget show in Paris. These two events are the biggest international meetings for the ’aeronautic industry, ahead of those in Singapore and Dubai.
The Farnborough International Airshow has, over the years, become an unmissable meeting for manufacturers and suppliers of air companies. Over five days it brings together the major actors in aviation to let them discover the latest developments and innovations. Participants include several bodies from the aeronautic and space sector, federations, associations, insurance companies and financial backers...
AMDI participated in this event, reserving a 119m2 stand. The stand housed the representatives from AMDI as well as various Moroccan institutions operating in the Aeronautic sector.
The Moroccan delegation included Moulay Hafid Elalamy, Minister for Industry, Trade, Investment and the Digital Economy. It also saw the participation of several public and private bodies including RAM (Royal Air Maroc, National carrier), ONDA (National Airport Office), GIMAS (Organisation of Moroccan Aeronautic and Space Industries), MCIIEN, TMSA (Tanager Med Special Agency).
