Steady Reinforcement of Morocco’s Attractiveness
In order to ensure a clear and transparent framework for investment for the benefit of national and international operators, the National Committee of Business Environment was created in December 2009.
This high-level body is chaired by the Prime Minister. It is composed of representatives of public and private sectors and aims to identify and implement measures to enhance Morocco’s attractiveness.
Today the CNEA (National Council for the Business Environment) has become a unique Public-Private platform for Public-Private Dialogue on how to improve the Moroccan business environment and the image of the nation internationally. The organisation is a genuine force for proposals, an implementation engine and key partner in evaluating reforms at a national and regional level. It works in close collaboration with CREA (the Regional Committee for the Business Environment).
