Relevant Administration	:	Moroccan Office of Industrial and Commercial Property represented in the Regional Investment Center (CRI)
Required Documents	:	- Present an application form available at the CRI (Regional Investments Cente)
		- ID or passport
		- A copy of the ID or passport if the investor is represented by another person
Fees		- MAD 50 for the search
		- MAD 100 for the negative certificate
		- receipt stamp of MAD 20

Concerned Companies	:	All Companies
Relevant Administration	:	Judicial chamber: Fiduciaries, notaries, lawyers, accountants, judicial advisers etc...
Supporting Documents	:	To be defined by the judicial chamber assigned to the case
Fees	:	- MAD 20 stamp fee per sheet for the legalization
		- Fees of the Judicial chamber
		- Registration Fee: 1.5 % of the capital, MAD 1000 minimum

Relevant Companies	:	Corporations,particularlythe Joint Stock Company, Simplified Joint Stock Company and Partnership Limited by Shares
Relevant Administration	:	Judicial chambers: fiduciaries, notaries, lawyers, expert accountants, judicial advisersetc...
Supporting Documents	:	Subscription forms signed by subscribers
Fees		Law firm Fees

Concerned Companies	:	Commercial companies particularly PLC (Public Limited Company), Ltd (Limited Company), SJSC (Simplified Joint Stock Company)
Relevant Administration	:	Bank
Requirement	:	The submission shall be made within 8 days from the receipt of funds by the company.
		A certificate blocking the amount of the released capital shall be issued by the bank
Supporting Documents	:	For PLC, SJSC: statutes, Negative Certificate, identity papers, subscription bulletins
		For Ltd: All documentary evidence except the subscription.
		For SJSC: Total blocking of the amount of the released capital.
		For PLC and Ltd: Blocking of ¼ of the amount of the released capital.

Concerned Companies	:	PLC, SJSC, Limited Partnerships with a Share Capital (LPSC)
Relevant Administration	:	Law Offices: Trust companies, notaries, lawyers, accountants, legal advisers etc...
Legal form of the subscription and payment declaration	:	- Following to deed prepared by a notary - Following to deed under private seal made by the law firm - To be filed to the Registry of the court at the place of head office
Supporting Documents	:	The bulletins issued by the notary and certification blocking the released capital from the bank
Fees	:	Fees of the notary or trust company
